Meet Chef Doc Ellis

Chef Doc has always enjoyed cooking, but it wasn't until he and his wife Ginger opened Ginger Hill Bed & Breakfast in 1992 that he was able to make it a career. He found cooking to be as creative as a graphic artist. He is active in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, where he has served as the cook on two CG Cutters and at a CG Station in addition to his duties on Lake Anna.
